This report provides the main findings from live tests and trials of the new Environmental Land Management (ELM) scheme.

Defra started tests and trials in 2018. Almost 3,000 farmers and land managers are involved across different sectors, regions and land types. Every quarter, this report will summarise progress against 6 themes:

  • land management plans
  • advice and guidance
  • spatial prioritisation
